Can You set a photo from the internet as your wallpaper on your ipod touch?

Well can I like go on safari and save the picture and then set it as my wallpaper on my ipod touch? (like when you do it on your computer you just download the photo and then just set it as your wallpaper can you do that for your ipod touch) I found several videos that show you how to set up photos as your wallpaper but you have to download a lot of stuff which I don't like.
Please help out thanks. And please tell me step by step
 
When you are viewing the picture hold your finger on the picture and click save, and then go to your photo library and you can set it as your wallpaper from there.
