can you serve two different country militaries?

if you joined the U.S marines and serve for a period of time can you join another foreign military after you are done serving the marines?
 
Yes, I got a perfect example. My German cousin was in the Germany Army as an officer. He made it to Major or Captain. He recently moved to the states and is enlisted in the Army.

Oh yeah and you have to be recognized as a official citizen of that country.
 
Only if you renounce your U.S. citizenship and become a naturalized citizen of that country!
