I'm a junior in High School and planning to enter the work force upon graduation, however because of my grades I have a shot at being awarded some scholarships. Since I'm not going to college they would seem to be useless. Can you sell a scholarship (ie if I get a $1000 scholarship sell it on ebay for $750)?
