Can you roam when you are not abroad on vodafone?

No. It dosent work, you have to be abroad to put the phone on roaming. It does this automatically by picking up the network connected to vodafone in that country. You could by a phone in another country and put it on roaming in the UK. Bit expensive though for those ringing you and you have to pay roaming charges too.
 
I have a poor mobile signal at home. I have a contract vodafone, and in my area, there is a poor signal for all networks, but some work in some rooms in the house, and others in different rooms.. Is it possible to make my phone roam to other networks while still in the uk? I can only make it do this while I am abroad - Any Ideas Thanks
 
I find it ironic that I am reading this whilst there's an ad for Vodafone Sure Signal right next to it. I guess you could try talking to Vodafone about the sure signal thing
