Yes you can. It is considered a supersport (comparable to the 600cc's from Japan), but that doesn't mean it is a racing bike. Streetbikes must be modified to some degree to be 'racing bikes'...so yeah you're fine. Just like any other motorcycle, easy on the throttle till you get used to it.
 
because its considered a racing bike i spose, do people ride it if the just like to ride a bike like that or are you expect to race if you have one?
 
If it's street legal, yes you can drive it every day. Any sport bike or sports car could be considered a "race" vehicle. What people expect you to do with it shouldn't matter.
