Can you retake the GED test after already passing it?

If you aren't happy with your greade can you retake it and have the new results replace the old one? I came down with strep throat 2 days before the test. Even though I was pretesting a score of 32?? I ended up with only a score of 2760. not even a b average. lame!!!! so I want a re-do! Is it possble?
