Can you request your medical test result to be sent to a doc of your choice?

A specialist has given me a script for CT scan of my internal organs. However, I would like the CT scan results to be sent to my primary care physician. Not only will be this be cheaper to get consultation about test result but PCP can do the consultation since her speciality is internal medicine.

Do the radiology labs accommodate patients if they request that test result be sent to another doctor?
Correction: PCP did NOT send me to the specialist. I went to the specialist out of my own choice.
 
Whomever 'orders' the CT Scan is the one that receives the results. You have been sent by your PCP to a Specialist, Consultant and they have sent you for the CT SCan, therefore the results will only be returned to the Medical Person who ordered the test, in you case Specialist.
