I will have to ask a judge for traffic school for a rolling stop on a stop sign. Now the same department that fined me for the stop sign, fined me for a speeding ticket (14 miles per hour over the speed limit in 30 MPH zone)..What are my chances that a judge will grant me traffic school (12 hours) Twice? Has it happened before? It seems like some departments are ticketing for anything and everything to make a fast buck off of drivers who are simply putting their foot on a pedal which can increase by accident / very easily

I have never asked the judge for 12 hour traffic school but will have to request this twice due to the fact that I have received 2 tickets and did traffic school about 12 1/2 months ago - My first Date will be July 11th ( I will have to request traffic school on this date) the next tickets date is July 21st (I will also have to request traffic school of 12 hours on this date aswell)
