My friends parents gave her boyfriend a car. He was suppose to be paying her parents for it but instead he has been spending all the money for the car and their unborn child at the bar. My friend wants to take the car back to her parents but it's registered and insured in his mothers name? My friend is VERY close to his mother and doesn't think she would report it stolen but he is threating her that he'll report it stolen. Can he do that if it's not his car?? It's registered in his mothers name and were pretty sure his mother would take her side. Can she get in serious trouble for taking it back???
