Midnight)? I've always worked the day shift in the past so I'm trying to adjust. I typically wake up at 11 AM, exercise/etc to 2 PM, and then leave at 3:15 PM. My commute is about an hour and I start work at 4:30 PM. I usually get home a little bit over 1 AM and I sleep at 3 AM. I live in Brooklyn, New York City (near Avenue U).
Are there any gyms near me that have classes that fit my schedule? I'm not into the traditional martial arts stuff...I prefer boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, or any kind of grappling style that's not too formal/traditional. It could be a dojo or gym. The classes would have to take place in the morning or early afternoon and end before 3 PM. I'm usually too tired to do anything after work but chill out and sleep. I'm asking a lot but hopefully someone knows a place. Thanks.
