Can you re-battle gym leaders in Pokemon Black or White?

I'm going to get the game in two days and i was wondering if i can re-battle the gym leaders when i beat the game because usually there is nothing else to do in the game. If there is something else (besides online battling) that i can do in the game, after i beat the game, please let me know
