I currently have two tanks. I want to move my two female guppies into my bigger tank. I currently have:
1 Angelfish
3 Mollies
2 Platies
1 Pleco
1 Albino Rainbow Shark
3 Swordtails.

Would the guppies get along with all the above fish?

In my aquarium i have 3 angels 1 swordtil 1 platy 1 molly and a sucker i had a guppy and my angels ate the tail off it and then i found it chought in my filter.
In my opinion guppies and angels really dont match . why dont you put your angel in the aquarium you have your guppy in and then put your guppy in the large aquarium with the other small fish thats your best bet in my opinion.

No, it would be a bad idea for the guppies.
Angel fish are aggressive, and known fin nippers. The slower moving male guppy would be prey.
The shark can also be aggressive, especially as he grows larger. He may see them as food, but would at the very least harasses them.
Having the guppy's in a stressful environment, with ripped fins, can lead to them getting a diesease and potentially compromising the tank.
Best of Luck!
