Can you put a cold air intake in a 01' Pontiac Grand Am GT?

I already have the RAM Air in it, can I put in a cold air intake also?

And does the Ram Air come stock in all of the pontiac Grand Am GT's?

What other affordable performance modifications can I add to my car to make it have more horse power and make it faster, other than turbo's and super chargers?

and the "ram air" is crap. its still very restricted. the cold air intake is much better for airflow, power, and economy.
