Can You Put A Chrysler 6 In A Toyota SR5?

I hear you can drop a Chrysler 6 cylinder in a toy, I have an 81 and it is gutless but 350's have shortcomings I can make up with a powerful engine like Chryslers. Question is, can this work? Should I match the CID's?

1988-96 183CID (3.0L) Car & Truck, SOHC V6; Not For 4 CAM ENG or STEALTH
1990-97 201CID (3.3L) OHV V6 1990-97
1960-87 225CID SLANT 6 Cyl 1960-87
1987-96 238CID (3.9L) 1987-96 V6 DODGE TRUCK

Anyone ever do a conversion of this kind?
 
You can swap any engine into any vehicle if you have the mechanical skills, fabrication skills, and enough money.

Seeing you had to ask this question in the first place, you more than likely do not have the mechanical and fabrication skills to pull this off..

So you would need to pay someone else to do it for you.

So in your case, I would say no.

Sell it and buy something with a more powerful engine. Maybe something with a V8.
