Can you put 4GB of DDR3 SODMIN RAM into a Samsung NF310 netbook?

I know the software (7 starter edition) limits the max RAM to 2 GB, but I also know that you can upgrade to the home premium edition without that limitation. If I upgrade to home premium can I throw a 4GB stick of RAM in or is there a hardware limitation as well?
 
Yes, but you'll probably need a 64bit OS. In most cases a 32bit OS can only use something like 3.2GB (unless you enable PAE, but that's known to cause problems with some drivers and software). The Atom n550 is a 64bit CPU but I don't think samsung provides 64bit drivers.
