can you pump a flat on a car with a bicycle tire?

My boyfriend's car has a flat, and we have 24 more hours to get it before it gets impounded. will a bicycle pump work well enough to get the car home (15 minutes away)?

hes a strong guy, i know it might be hard to do, but is it possible????

but if its a small leak is the fix a flat needed to just get the car home? its a spare tire anyway, so why waste money on a tire that is worthless to us after it gets home...?
 
get a can of fix a flat, that will partially air the tire up. and yes a bicycle pump will pump up the tire, for future reference always keep a can of fix a flat in the vehicle and go to walmart or somewhere else and purchase an air pump that you can plug into your ciggerette lighter. have a blessed day wes
