Can you pre-order with game stop in-store?

I've been wanting to pre-order the game Modnation racers.
Being both a Mario kart and LittleBigPlanet fan, I really want to get this game, (especialy with the pre-order bonus.=] )
Anyways, I'd ask my mom, but she won't use her card unless its instore.
So can I can pre-order in store?
