Can you polish silver painted rims?

I have some silver painted rims on my integra and was wondering, would it strip my paint on the rims if I polish them with some kinda wheel polishes?
Or I shouldnt do it becuase there powder coated?
I just want them to be real shinny.
I have this but it says for uncoated:
