In addition to the reading log, you will complete a Thought Paper. A Thought Paper explores an idea, theme, or symbol in-depth without the restraints of a formal essay. It is similar to a reader’s response in which you analyze and react to the text but it IS NOT simply a summary of what you read. The Thought Paper should have a clear focus and should be 300 words minimum."
This is a summer project that I have to do (English Honors 10th grade) and I'm sort of confused as to what I'm supposed to do. Can you please read the above and explain a little bit as to what they are asking me to do? I don't really understand the instructions for the Reading Log .. and I don't know what the Thought Paper is on...
