Can you play sports if you have astham?

well im doing a tropican speech and i need the info on asthma, my topic, and i need to know if you can do sports if you have asthma, and if you can how does it effect you when your playing sport
 
Yes, you can. :]

You just need to make sure your coaches/instructors know about it, that you ALWAYS have an inhaler by incase on an emrgency

when you do get winded, you should take a break.
 
Well, depending on how bad it is. If it is not that bad sure, but not the really intense ones like bball and fball. But i wouldn't really reccomend it so much for ones that have it really bad.
