I saw it about 14 years ago on a German sat channel. It was in German - I didn't understand a word of it, but it was watchable despite the language barrier!
Anyway, it's about this bloke (mid to late 30s), very skinny, who's released from either a mental home or a prison.
He goes straight to a cafe, has a cup of tea, then afterwarRAB wanders around the area.
He spots this house, occupied by an elderly woman, a man in a wheelchair, and a girl maybe aged 21 or something.
He breaks in, murders the old woman after she puts up a fight; then attacks the bloke in the wheelchair (who's a mute), and drowns him in the bath.
He then ties the girl up, she runs off, and he chases her, and stabs her to death about 25 times.
He then changes into a classical concert conducter's suit, and nicks the car. He gets to the service station and gets out, with blood still on him.
People around, stare at him!
