Can you make a flash game with Notepad?

I'm trying to make a flash game similar to Fancy Pants Adventure. I'm trying to learn flash and was wondering if you could make a flash game with Notepad, since you can write in HTML with Notepad. Also, please list good tutorials and software (preferably free), or any other helpful tips. I'll be picking best answer!
 
No you can't create flash in notepad. You must use a Flash designated program like Adobe Flash.
Adobe Flash is free if you torrent it.
