i am looking to lose about 30 or 40 lbs. i go to the gym 4 to 5 nights a week for 45 minutes. i walk for ten minutes(i walk about 6 miles a night at work) then i lift for the rest of the time. each night working different areas. when i get home i drink six star muscle whey protein. the first month i lost ten lbs but now i am stuck at 270 what can i do to get this weight to drop? i am about 1400 cals a day
