I want to join the peace corps when I finish college but my husband is in the miliatry. Can he join the corps with me when he gets out? Or can he even shorten his active duty and join with me?
They're very selective. You have to have something very useful to offer them like a bachelors degree with specialized experience or a masters degree. I wouldn't count on being near him if you were both to get in.
