I would like help with this.

I want to draw over it with pensil, but I have a problem:
ONE
how can I edit this photo so it has NO color and only black lines. I dont even want the color to show up as gray shading , just the lines
two:
How can I make the lines the lightest shade of gray?
Three:
I want ot change the size and make it bigger, to fit half of regular printer paper.
My goal is to print the finished copy and trace over it with pencil. I want it to be as neat as possible because I need to orient myself with the parts of the middle ear AND make it presentable for a project.
I'm sure I can figure out part three, but part one and two are very important to me.
