can you help me with this art work plz???

ok well in art at school we get themes to base or work on and right now the topic is 'spark'
so i was thinking of doing a big heart in a box with like spark plugs plugging into it (for like relationships) but my question is...

how can i have this art have a sort of 1800's feel and look to it??

please help with ny suggestions... even if its like something to do with the 1800's that can add to the piece to make it look betta..

please make sure its got somoething to do with the late 1800s!!!!

This dates back a bit earlier then that .but I was thinking of the two
hands where the fingers were touching,from the painting that Michelangelo did of the Creation of Man or as some say the Creation of Adam. But instead of them touching have their fingers separated and a Spark between the fingers.and this dates back to the late 15th century
or early 16th century.
