I wore shoes that didn't support the heels of my feet because of it's silver technology padding. It first felt comfortable but after wearing it a few times my feet started hurting. How do I heal myself? It is painful when I walk and it has been a month with the pain not decreasing at all. The pain is at my heel and part of the arch.
