Can you help me to measure the speed of a wind tunnel caused by anything expect smoke?

My friend and I are trying to measure the speed of our wind tunnel. This tunnel is equipped with a wagon and a wind source. So, we are trying to find out the speed of tunnel by using these formula
----> f = b.v <----- how we can find out "v"
keeping in mind that we don't have "b" as well. so we only have "f"
