Okay, so none of this is exaggerated. I bought my iPod Classic 3 days ago. Today, the FIRST day I didn't have a case on it, I went to feed my neighbors cats. To make a long story short, my iPod fell out of my pocket, the headphones became unplugged, and it crashed to the floor. No shattered pieces or anything, just a big red X on the screen and a website. I went to the website, followed all the instructions, but it just didn't work. The website then said to call an apple specialist person thing. I did, and the lady was saying they weren't going to replace my iPod, or even try to fix it. I can't really make an appointment at the Genius Bar because I don't know when my parents can take me, and I don't even know if there is a point to going! There is absolutely NO way I can afford a new iPod, or even a used one. If I do go to the apple store, is there any way to convince the genius bar people to get me a new iPod? Any convincing details to add in? Should I start crying? JUST PLEASE HELP ME!
