Can you help me find this lawyer?

I am trying to get in contact with a lawyer from Greece named Anastasios Parthenis.He does all the usual stuff,but specializes in Internet Law.He is to be found on google,and I have tried through tht medium to contact him by way of his e mail.But i can get no response.I now wonder if it is a dead address.has anyone out there heard of this guy,or know his locus?I am seeking to establish a family connection with this person,so it is terribly important I find him,as I suspect he is my half brother

Well there are plenty of Greek lawyers online, why not email one of them, they should know how to get in touch with him.
