I bought this off ebay for a good deal. it's a 16 gb that experienced an unlucky ending in a car crash. The screen was totally destroyed, like the glass is all broken, so I put tape over it before I took it and the lcd off. Before I did this however, I plugged it into my computer to see if it was recognized. Well, it wasn't. So is that normal? If I replace the lcd and glass will it be recognized or is something else wrong? Can you please be specific in how to test and see whats wrong and how much those parts will cost? thanks.
