I have a painting that is signed Josef Kugler SEN. On the back their is a certificate of authenticity. It says he was born in 1913 in Vienna, Austria. He attended the Academy of Fine Arts. He lived in Linz and eventually settled in Munich where his paintings are famous. I cannot find any info on him however. The painting is a large oil on cavas (24x36) with the Viktoria Multuch stamp on back.
