Can you have a Child Support Order w/Superior Court reversed once ordered?

I recently filed a request for order on absent parent to pay arrears on past due child support. In my favor I was awarded an amount that absent parent needs to pay. For a few different reasons, I would like to vacate the Order. I no longer want the absent parent to pay the arrears Order. Is there any way to do this- to have the Order vacated/terminated? If so, what is the process?
