can you have a baby on the sims 2 for playstation 2, or can you adopt one? how?

I got sims 2 for ps2 and i don't know how 2 have a baby. got all the stuf like the bed and i tried and nothing happened after so can you?
 
I Haven't played it for PS2, but if it is like the Nintendo Gamecube version, then no. You cannot have kids.
 
i think you can, because i played sims 2 on xbox. you have to get in the bed and do it a couple times though.
 
you have to ge tthe sims to fall in love and then have them both relax in the same bed, and then you can choose "woohoo!" aka have sex or "Try for a baby" and if you select that, you will have sex and get preggers! If you want to adopt, you can pick up a phone and select services. :)
