Can you go to a University with financial aid?

I dont really have money to go a univeristy. But i heard that you can do 2 years at a community college, completely free with financial aid. And then another 2 years at a university and financial aid can pay 75% of your school expenses. BUT, is there any way to just go directly to a university for 4 years without the 2 years of a community college?
 
Yes You Can,its the same process as getting financial aid at a community. I know cause I am going to an university, paid for by financial aid.

Remember to apply for financial before you attend the university. If your approved for financial aid, your entire tuition should be paid for, and there's even extra $ for book.
