...molestation in court? I keep hearing from many here that he is a pedophile, so I assume there was an actual conviction at some point and not just extortion attempts.

So, when was the conviction? Also, where did he have to serve his prison sentence and register officially as an offender?

I'm not interested in your opinion at all. Give it if you must, but it's useless. I'm just looking for the factual dates and locations of his conviction, since I obviously missed it.
Do you accept 20 million as a buy out for your kid?

There are strong indications that Jackson had a near retarded level of maturity. Does that ever factor into the equation, that he had some of the trademarks of a asexual personality? Or does that take away from the fun of the story?
 
C'mon man,... You don't shell out 20 million if you are innocent.

I suppose some people would. What's more alarming is that there were parents who would let their children stay unsupervised at his ranch and be able to be in these inappropriate situations to begin with. Whether molestation occurred or not, the situations described by kids who stayed with him were not acceptable. Michael may have been socially retarded but, that is even all the more reason to suspect him of the accused crime. Again, if you are the world's biggest pop star, you don't "pay off" an extortionist in this high profile of a case. You fight it tooth and nail because the pay off is as good as a guilty plea.


For the record... His first case never went to trial because after the pay off, the witness refused to testify. So there wasn't a verdict, much less an acquittal.
