Alright well i want a cell phone for my birthday.. cause my old one got taken away.. but my parents might buy me a new one. Well last year our account closed with Sprint cause of payments, so we can't go back to sprint without paying a 1000 dollar fee. so , i really want the samsung exclaim, so can you get this phone on another plan?
