Can you get tetanus from this?

Okay, so I picked up my cat. And he was holding on to with his claws going into my shoulder. I think he got of his claws into a pimple. Is it possible to get tetanus from that?

He's a indoor only cat.

Is it possible to get tetanus from that? I didn't bleed at all. So is there still anything to worry about?
