can you get pregnant without having sex?

So I'm a lesbian and my girlfriend and I want to have a baby. We do not want to go through a sperm bank. We have found a male donor that has agreed to help us. So my question to you is...can we somehow take his sperm and transport it inside of me to achieve pregnancy? I mean how do sperm banks do it?
 
you can get an egg from one of you and mix it with the sperm. it costs a lot of money from what ive heard though. good luck, i think its really awesome that the two of you are doing this (:
