Can you get pregnant without having sex?

Me and my boyfriend were body-rubbing just after I had given him oral sex, and so there might have been a little *** on his tip. His tip brushed against my entrance a few times, and it felt very wet so we stopped because I don't want to get pregnant.

I'm only 17 and I'm going away to college in the fall and so neither of us wants a baby, plus my parents are very strictly moralistic and I don't think they'll allow me to have an abortion although that's what my boyfriend wants to do if I do end up pregnant.

I'm just wondering, how high of a chance is there of me getting pregnant from that? I know if the *** or pre-*** touches the vulva I can become pregnant but I'm not sure if that's just a one in a million thing or actually common...I'm just not sure.

Any advice on this situation would be greatly appreciated as I'm kinda scared, and yes, me and my boyfriend will be much more careful in the future. Also, if there is any more advice you can give me please share.

Addressed to those who say my boyfriend is a loser for wanting an abortion: We discussed the situation and we jointly decided it was best for both of us if we had an abortion because neither of us is ready for a pregnancy.
 
If you are not ready to get pregnant then either don't have sex or you get on birth control (and learn how to use it) AND he puts on a condom when fooling around.
 
Don't listen to the person who said your boyfriend is a loser. You guys discussed that beforehand for a reason. If you were to get pregnant and you wanted to keep the baby and he wanted an abortion, that would be a different story- but you guys already talked it out (good for you, by the way, you're one of the few.)

You can get pregnant, but I think you are alright. You were probably the one who was wet, and precum isn't [likely] to get you pregnant, but it has happened.. so just be really careful next time :) If you guys want to do something like that again, have him throw a condom on or be on birth control so you don't have anything to really worry about.
 
I have one thing to say. DUMP THIS LOSER. He obviously does NOT love you if he is already saying you have to have an abortion if you get pregnant. What a piece of dirt! Yes, its possible. Not very likely, but definitely possible. Again, ditch that loser, and get more respect for yourself.
 
Haha well ... unless you have sex ... its 99.99999999999999999% impossible to get pregnant. Its onyl ever happened once ... her name. The Virgin Mary.
 
welll sweetie my sister had her little son by doing that. so there is a chance but a very slim one. if you dont want to become pregnant right now you should make sure he has a condom on if your fooling around like that. good luck.
 
There is a small chance of you being pregnant. But if you don't want a baby right now you better be protected =]
 
Why would you even want to be with a guy like that? "oh, if I knock you up, I'll just make you get rid of it."

NO sense of responsibility.
