Probably silly question it's just I havnt had one since I was 5 (i'm now 16) and then yesterday I started feeling really sick and dizzy and my nose started bleeding a little bit. I then woke up today feeling the same but this time my nose was pouring with blood, it hasnt stopped yet, got it bout 30mins ago.
Is this anything to worry about?
