Can you get Flash onto Windows Mobile?

I just bought a T-Mobile Shadow, and it is a Windows Mobile 6 phone. Cam I get flash so I can watch videos. Also, do I have to purchase a data plan to gain internet access to my phone even if I use my own wireless network?
