I deposited $5000 to my ex-friend's account to buy a car for me, but a month went by and they never bought me the car nor did they want to give back the money. I have proof of the deposit, with emails and text messages that they sent mentioning the deal we had with the car., I even know where they stay. With all the proof I have what will happen if they do not show?
