You can be ticketed for public intoxication which is a fine, if you appear to act drunk.
In Texas it is even illegal to be drunk in a bar.

There was a film clip on COPS that showed a man being cited for driving his riding lawnmower on a public street while intoxicated. So, I would guess that you could be cited as some states treat bicycles the same as a motor vehicle (even though they are not motorized) if you were caught on a thoroughfare. Otherwise, probably public intoxication.

Sure you can you can even be ticketed if your walking under the influence it's called public intoxication and cops and most humans don't like it. Especially when people make an @$$ of themselves
