Can you get a refund of your equity if you back out in buying a house?

I give a down payment about 100 thousand in peso last week, They gave a me a P.R receipt means pending w/ request.. The unexpected things happend and i want to back out.. now i don't know if i can still get my 100k if i back out or not...
