can you get a lift kit for a a 2003 ford explorer xlt? I cant find a specific one?

if a universal one will fit, that'll work too. I'm looking a 4-6 inch
I know the dangers of lifting, my wrangler has a 6 inch lift. I have extra large tires that will prevent tipping
