Can you get a copy of your unofficial transcripts if you ode a school money?

I want a copy of my unofficial transcripts not Official transcripts from my old school I know in order to release the Official transcripts I have to pay off what ever amount I ode them, but for an unofficial copy can I get it? They said I ode then $1000 then I got a letter in the mail saying I ode them $0 so I just want me transcripts so I can attend a school who knows their math because apparently they do not.
 
If you can access your grades online, you can probably get an unofficial transcript that way. But they don't have to give you anything, official or unofficial, if you owe them money.
