Factory? No, all you can get is the Five-speed autostick. However, if you absolutely have to have a stick, and you don't mind voiding the warranty, you do have one option. The 09 Challenger has an optional 6 speed standard transmission. If you have the know-how, or know some who does; that SHOULD be a relatively easy swap, seeing as the charger and challenger share the basically same platform, and motors.
