B Bill M New member Jun 12, 2009 #2 You can't do it in Microsoft Paint. It's just a basic graphics editing program. Get Photoshop or another photo editor program.

J jack New member Jun 12, 2009 #3 Nope, you can use photoshop to do that or you can browse for other online paint like programs that'll allow you to do that. I'm pretty sure GIMP will let you do that, i can't exactly remember if it does or not. gimp.org

T Too Pro 4 U New member Jun 12, 2009 #4 You got to either edit and rotate. Or right click it and rotate. If not click the help button on the paint scroll bar.
