can you flash the alltel HTC touch pro to T-mobile?

I have an alltel HTC touch pro but i now have T-mobile and my phone screen is busted and my parents wont buy me a new one. so i want to use the touch pro but have no idea on how to flash it or if its possible.
 
Sorry ,but no it can not be flashed. It works from a different network. You can find some good deal on the T Mobile phones especially as the merger with att gets closer. I hope that this helps.
